Application Process:
If you are offered accommodation a Housing Benefit claim will need to be submitted. You will need identification and proof of your National Insurance number such as:
| Passport | Birth Certificate | Driving Licence |
| National Insurance Card | Benefit Payment Book | Bus Pass |
| Bank Statement | Current Wages Slip |
If you are unhappy with the way your application has been handled, please state your reasons in writing to the Chief Executive at the above address. This will be dealt with within 10 days of your application/interview. Applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of the appeal. If you are still unhappy you may appeal to the Board of Directors in writing at the above address, within 14 days of receiving a response from the Chief Executive. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the appeal in writing.
Please note that this decision will be final.
